My thoughts

Future Baker, the Triple New England / Hazy IPA from Fermenterarna, was simply divine. I had the pleasure of drinking it in a small pub in Karlskoga, Sweden, in December 2025, and it was one of those beers that immediately announces itself as something special. The aroma was immense, and the flavour followed through with equal force: a broad, saturated wave of hops combining lush tropical fruit, bright citrus, and a touch of dank depth. On the palate it carried a gentle sweetness, but never too much, just enough to support the sheer intensity of the hop character. The mouthfeel was rich, creamy, and almost decadent, giving the impression of juicy oat cream layered with citrus and tropical fruit. Bold, opulent, and utterly memorable, it was a beer that quite genuinely blew me away.
